Erie Smallmouth Bass Fishing

Erie Smallmouth Bass Fishing

Fishing is a perfect activity for a father and son to bond. Erie Smallmouth Bass Fishing is something you must experience with your dad.

Today I had the pleasure to fish with Butch and his Father Rob traveling from Pittsburg for the smallmouth here on Lake Erie.

We had a great trip out and they got to enjoy the company of one another. It is always an honor to be part of those moments for a family.

We caught a number of quality bass. Most of the bass are in different stages in their spawn process. Some are moving onto beds and some are aggressively feeding.

Jerk baits, shaky heads and tubes are the most effective baits this time of year. We caught around 30 bass with the biggest right at 4 pounds 8 ounces.

I am looking forward to fishing with these gentlemen again very soon. It is your time to catch the smallmouth of your dreams, connect with us at BassOnline.
